The W-Collection Esplanade Hermanus

Thank you for COMFORTABLE stay on public holidays and close to the promenade for whale watching, restaurants and shops and the sea. Staff are brilliantly friendly, they are doing nice job. The apartment is at a marvellous location to lovely resturants for breakfast. We can't recommend highly enough this flat, met requests.

Staff were amicable, I enjoyed them all, no complains at all. I didn't want to say goodbye, would definitely book again...

We had an amazing stay at Esplanade in Hermanus. the location was excellent, allowing us to walk to all the cafes and restaurants in the area. the apartment itself was beautifully maintained, with pristine cleanliness that made us feel like the first guests ever. the staff were phenomenal, providing courteous and thorough service. the kitchen was highly stocked and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved the balcony, which offered a front row seat to view the whales in the bay. Highly recommend this stunning and well-equipped property.

I was mind-blown by the spaciousness of the apartment, it was super clean and new! The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and whale watching. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious shower gel to the comfy gowns. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful, and the manager was incredibly kind. Our welcome at the property was beyond amazing, with the receptionist personally escorting us. The property itself was simply amazing, deserving a 5-star rating.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the promenade for whale watching and close to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom products. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The secure parking was a bonus, giving us peace of mind. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen and the stunning view from our balcony.

The limited service available on public holidays was understandable, but it would have been better if this was communicated in advance.

It allowed us to explore the stunning coastal scenery at our own pace, taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying quality time together. The staff at the hotel were always ready with helpful suggestions and tips for our outings, making our experience even more enjoyable. the location and activities offered were perfect for a family getaway.

My children wanted a playground or play area on the hotel premises.
